Carden Accountants
BRAC Projects were delighted to accept the contract to create a washroom area for Carden Accountants in Hove, Sussex.
Although the space available was limited, the client wanted a new washroom area that was bright and airy and using the colours and materials of their choice.
Here’s what BRAC Projects did:
Installation of bespoke laminate wall panels in a light cream colour on a 12mm substrate fixed to a timber frame tight to the existing walls. This allowed for all existing services including pipework and electrics to be concealed and removed the necessity to re-plaster and tile and any unnecessary cutting
away of brick work.
Cubicles and wash hand basins within and enclosed vanity unit were leaving maximum free floor space free as possible.
The installation created an illusion of space, so the room appeared larger.
Carden Accountants were delighted with the overall finish and appearance of the completed work. They were impressed with the thought and detail that went into the process. The BRAC Projects team kept them informed on the progress and consulted with them at each critical stage to ensure the client was happy and the end goal was ultimately achieved.
By thinking outside the box, BRAC Projects were able to keep the noise, dust and disruption to a minimum so all personnel could continue to work while the work was completed.
